4. Payment and Billing

  • 14-Day Refund Window: New users are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of account creation if they are unsatisfied with the StoreVortex service.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, users must contact StoreVortex support at support@storevortex.com within 14 days of account registration. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Ineligible Refunds: Users who have utilized our features or made payments after the initial 14-day period are not eligible for refunds.

    All content, trademarks, and branding on the StoreVortex platform are owned by or licensed to StoreVortex. Unauthorized use of any content on the platform is prohibited.

    6. Termination

    StoreVortex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

    StoreVortex will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use or inability to use our services.
